Dates announced for Bodyguard tour

Dates have been announced for the forthcoming tour of WhatsOnStage Award-winning musical The Bodyguard.
Based on the hit 1992 film starring Whitney Houston and Kevin Costner, The Bodyguard premiered at the West End's Adelphi Theatre in December 2012, where it continues.
The score features a range of Houston hits including "Queen of the Night", "One Moment in Time", "I Wanna Dance with Somebody" and the title song.
The tour will open at the Mayflower Theatre, Southampton on 12 February 2015 and will visit:
King’s Theatre, Glasgow; His Majesty’s Theatre, Aberdeen; Theatre Royal, Newcastle; Wolverhampton Grand Theatre; Regent Theatre, Stoke; Alhambra Theatre, Bradford; Wales Millennium Centre, Cardiff; Theatre Royal, Plymouth and Bord Gáis Energy Theatre, Dublin.
Further dates and casting for the tour are still to be announced. The West End production currently stars Alexandra Burke as Rachel Marron and Tristan Gemmill as Frank Farmer.
The Bodyguard is produced by Michael Harrison and David Ian.
