Saw this at the Festival Hall. First of all we had to be moved from our seats, which were just in front of a massive loud speaker (which was NOT on the booking information)as the sound was just far too loud. The show is mime, to a selection of recorded and uninspiring music. My kids (8 & 5) did NOT enjoy it at all. My youngest was crying. It was just boring. Nothing in the opening 2 minutes to grab our attention. Much of the mime was acted out on a poorly-lit stage. If you had the front seats (£42.50 each), it was probably quite good fun, but at the back the interraction with the audience was non-existent. There is snow, squirting of water and right at the end, big balloons. All these things only made it to the front rows. Very poor and massively disappointing if, like many of us, your Christmas treat really is a one-off annual event. Stick to panto. This show is all hype and no fun. Complete waste of money. - Ozzy
