I agree with SteveB - a great show, great acting, though the accoustics took a while to get used to, and it loses a star only for those body suits. - MikeB

I am afraid I don't agree with the WOS review and other newspaper reviews that have said the play sags under its own importance, and is pretenious. I like to think when I go to the theatre, and this production achieves that in abundance. What is so clever about this is the standard of characterisation and acting. The conversational rhythms and mannerisms make it very authentic. Both actors achieve exceptionally high standards. There is a dance sequence at the end, which is interesting and once again makes you think about what you've seen.
Just two negatives. The body suits are ridiculous. For the production team to get the rest right and make a mistake with this strange, especially as in the end Evie (Sarah Savage) eventually steps out of it.
The venue is also seriously underheated.
Nevertheless, a great piece of contemporary theatre. - SteveB
