Double Sentence makes a hearing viewer realise how cut off and lonely for a prisoner - therefore a "double sentence" for deaf offenders. An excellant vehicle to make hearing people aware of how cruel people can treat the deaf. - Rita Koten

I completely agree with this review. Although a very good idea, the piece was structurally undeveloped and lacked a clear linear story line. The dialogue felt unnatural and forced, while the set (which was very well designed) was not used to its full potential. The actors were clearly dedicated to their respective roles and they all performed to a good standard. - Kristen Nicole Vogelsang
