starstarstarstarstarThis is a superb show. Leguizamo's engergy doesn't flag for one moment. Even if, like me, you were unfamiliar with his career (had only seen him in "Romeo and Juliet") you will leave wanting to catch up with his movies. A charismatic performer who bares all in a two hour show which is excellent value. I've seen many one person shows over the years but this was by far the best. I agree with Malcolm Jacobs - Charles Spencer of the Telegraph should hang his head in shame - even if Leguizamo's style did not do it for him to call a show "crap" is not the constructive criticism one expects from a top theatre critic on a national newspaper. - Diane Burstein10 Nov 11
starstarstarstarstarBrilliant show!! JL's energy is unbelievable. He fully deserved the standing ovation he got! I hope he (and his promoter) feel this run's been a success...because I would love to see him bring another show to London!!! - Helene 10 Nov 11
starstarFairly enjoyable, some very funny one liners. He is obviously an accomplished actor, but for a show that was meant to be a bare all performance it was lacking soul and grit. I was watching an actor recite a script - I'm sure his performance is consistent, but consistently unspontaneous. Everything from his delivery to his dancing felt rehearsed and tired. - Kelly08 Nov 11
starstarstarstarstarLoved this show, a really interesting look into the life and work of this fantastic actor. Very funny and equally touching. Highly recommended, ignore the bad reviews! - Red04 Nov 11
starstarstarstarstarLOVED IT LOVED IT LOVED IT whoever doesnt' like it clearly has no empathy and no sense of humour! - Stella04 Nov 11
starstarstarstarstarThis is no run of the mill one man show. The production is stunning and John Leguiamo takes you on a journey which felt as if he has left no stone unturned. His honesty, versatility and energy was rewarded with a standing ovation - it was no less than he deserved. Outstanding theatre. - Owen02 Nov 11
starstarstarstarstarHaven't laughed for 2 hours in a long time. Brilliant and talented and obviously under rated as stand up in London. - diana02 Nov 11
starstarstarisaw this show last night (monday) and thought it was superb. how the telegrph gave it one star was a disgrace.we went four handed and everyone of us loved it. - malcolm jacobs01 Nov 11
starstarstarstarstarAn absolute cracker. The best one performer show I've ever had the privilege to witness. This terrifically energetic confessional is by turns hilarious, powerful, poignant and outrageous. Leguizamo is a great entertainer and a true star. Y - ajh01 Nov 11
starstarstarstarstarI was lucky enough to be in the 2nd row of the 1st performance last night. It is a fantastic evening of escapism and ridiculously funny. I had to shove my jacket into my mouth to stop myself laughing at one stage (I do have a loud laugh). I have always enjoyed Mr Leguizamo's film work, but have never seen him on stage. He is full of energy and watching him live through moments of his past including his family, friends, agents, lovers and famous co-stars from his film work is just brilliant. I would recommend this for anyone wanting a ridiculously funny, moving night out! - Mr Williams26 Oct 11
