starstarstarstarstarA fantastic show. Thought the film was good until I saw this. Excellent casting, brilliant singing, amazing dancers and witty humour. The cast also looked as though they were really enjoying themselves. Can't wait to see it again. - Sue11 Jun 10

starWent to see this show with high expectations but was very disapointed. The solo singing was terrible and made the ears hurt (apart from the women who play rosie and tanya who were very good). The show also did not seem to fit in such a big arena. - marie murray07 Jun 10
starstarstarstarstarI have seen this production in a theatre several years ago though it is not unusual for it to be staged in an arena while it has been touring internationally. In a different review for the Liverpool show, a critic found distance to be a problem, both visually and acoustically. Perhaps the director needs to look into voice projection. The Blackpool Grand Theatre has some calendar space if the stage is big enough, should the opportunity be of interest. This musical is very enjoyable and is a lovely family show. - Dot05 Jun 10
