starstarstarstarstarFor me the Oct 12 matinee was a 5 even with four or five understudies. I thought Nick Hayes, though not quite the gymnast that Derek Hough is, was an even more perfect fit for the Ren role. The performance was so energetic that after intermission, those next to me in the front row retreated for the expressed purpose of 'staying dry'. Shows like this are the main magnet that brings me flying across the Atlantic several times a year. I think it a safe bet that if you loved the movie, you'll love this show. - - Bart, Onalaska, WI, USA - Bart24 Oct 07
starstarstarstarGreat show. Full of energy. A little loud at times but seemed to be a great hit with the younger memebrs of the audience - mostly girls! Obviously a good girls-night-out. Well worth seeing!!! - Jack02 Sep 07
starstarstarstarstarLoved it! Well deserved return to the west end! - Brenda23 Aug 07
starstarstarstarstarGreat opening night! What energy! Almost everyone was on their feet dancing with the cast at the end. There's also some great comedy from Giovanni Spano as Willard and Lyn Paul adds a touch of class with two moving ballads. Cheryl Baker recently said that the role of Vi Moore was "my part". not no more, it ain't! - Steve Liddle18 Aug 07
starstarstarstarstarSaw the (latest) West End opening last night...... What energy, talent and fun! The most extraordinary "dance" show in the West End. Perfect evening for everyone in the family, although the majority of the audience was under 30. This tireless cast earned its standing ovation! - Terry18 Aug 07
starstarstarWith Derek Hough as Red 10 out of 10. Once he left the show just wasnt the same, as the person below me has said "it lost its spark" ! Dont agree about David Essex though, i did not enjoy him as the Reverend. Not a bad voice but a terrible actor - Michelle01 Aug 07
