I adored it! What a pity it ends next Saturday - I'm so glad I caught it and can't recommend strongly enough that you do too.

I thoroughly enjoyed it, although I missed out on some of the antics of ‘Nick’ when he fell out of bed as I had a very tall man in front of me. You could see some of the events from a great distance but it was still amusing as the cast did such a great job. Yes I agree that Jason Watkins as Trevor was very good but I loved Jasper Britton as Malcolm, especially the bit when he kept coming back for the coats. Daft I know, but you go to the theatre to be entertained. Reading the reviews most people seemed to have watched it with that in mind, not sure what those who didn’t like it expected from an Alan Ayckboun play. - USER: Whatsonstage.com

If you used to get off over Terry and June or The Good Life then this may tickle your fancy otherwise you'll be in for a painfull couple of hours. All I could laugh at was my girlfriend whispering to me that it was a shame South West Trains was only 15 minutes late. Strictly for those with a clean and primitive sense of humour. - USER: Whatsonstage.com

Wonderful piece of theatre. Strong acting all round. Briers and Whitfield worked fantastically together.Rest of cast extremely strong. However, the design of the theatre makes viewing all the set difficult, especially the rear stalls.
Family sitting next to me nearly had to go out to recover they were laughing so much. See it. Great entertainment. - USER: Whatsonstage.com

Top marks for a top show. I have seen a few Ayckbourn shows and I think this has to be the best one I've seen. It's very clever and absolutely hilarious - I thought some members of the audience were going to have seizures, they were laughing so much. Although the show is probably a vehicle for Richard Briers and June Whitfield all the other six actors got their chance to shine. I loved Jason Watkins as Trevor and he was an absolute joy to watch, as was Rose Keegan as Susannah. The frightening thing is that I think we can all see something of ourselves in at least one of the characters. I can't recommend this show highly enough for anyone who wants a really good night out at the theatre filled with side splitting laughter. - USER: Whatsonstage.com

W.O.S.review had it just right for me. If you want a lesson in comic timing you can do no better than June Whitfield and Richard Briers.I've not rated him that much in recent T.V. performances- this was a revelation. I wasn't too keen on Rose Keegan as Susannah, especially in her early scenes, but she improved as time went on-particularly in her scenes with June Whitfield. Overall worth seeing for mostly strong performances and a highly amusing and undemanding night out. - USER: Whatsonstage.com

I was hysterical at times, as were the rest of the packed audience. Bedroom Farce really is a timeless masterpiece. - USER: Whatsonstage.com

The only bad thing about this show is that I ached from laughting so much for most of the next day. Whatever age you are, I urge you to see it. - USER: Whatsonstage.com

One of the funniest nights out of my life, let alone in a theatre! Whitfield and Briers are true masters of comedy, it's great to see them both back on the London stage, and the supporting cast are all wonderful and well suited to their roles. I cannot recommend this hilarious evening highly enough! - USER: Whatsonstage.com

I am well under 40 and laughed my head off. This is a fun night out and a great cast. I love seeing people who normally do serious stuff - like jasper britten - excelling in comedy like this. It's great fun. Just enjoy! - USER: Whatsonstage.com

Dated and contrived, it may be, but Ayckbourn's skill sets up some memorably hilarious situations. You'd have to be in a pretty miserable mood not to laugh at Briers reading `Tom Brown's Schooldays' out loud in bed like an old-fashioned BBC newsreader and Britton trying to recover from cramp sustained while falling asleep over his DIY. But I suspect that it will probably only appeal to the over 40s. - USER: Whatsonstage.com

Seen at the Yvonne Arnaud Theatre in Guildford, prior to the West End. This is still a very funny play, although maybe it does seem a little dated now. Despite that, it was very enjoyable to watch, and boasted an exceptionally strong cast. Jason Watkins was particularly good as Trevor. Definitely worth a visit. - USER: Whatsonstage.com
