starstarstarstarWe attended this production on 11 August and enjoyed it immensely. The amateur cast of various experience did a great job with the narrative and there were some strong voices and enthusiastic acting with the Prince, Steward, Jack, Cinderella and the Bakers Wife standing out in particular. The band were on stage throughout and played very well. Although long for Edinburgh, the performance time of a little over two hours without an interval sped by, a measure of how enjoyable the evening was. Recommended. - Jon Dartnell15 Aug 11

starstarstarstarI went to see this show last week and thoroughly enjoyed it. Any opening blips had clearly been resolved. Great band and the cast delivered an entertaining performance with energy and panache. Some will surely be attracting a wider audience before long. - CG 15 Aug 11
starstarstarstarI went to Into The Woods on Thursday and thoroughly enjoyed it.It's an entertaining, colourful and amusing production with a tremendous effort from this amateur company. Stand out performances for me from Cinderella, Wolf/Prince, Baker's Wife and the Witch. I'm going back to see it again next Saturday. - Sian Thomason13 Aug 11
starBy now I hope the reviewer knows the show was NOT cut to one hour, and it did include "Children Will Listen." And the name of the company is Opera di Nepotist, not "Populist." It was still pretty bad, but still .... - Jim Willse11 Aug 11
