starstarstarUnforntuanly, the reason being that this may look crammed and sightlines are bad is purely because it is a touring production, with multiple venues all of which are different stages, it just so happens the the royal and derngate is one of the smaller venues.... Maybe next time the person making the review should do some research and understannd the restraints the designer has had to work with. - JJS07 May 12
starstarstarstarstarWonderful adpatation of one of my favourite films. Intelligent, moving performances from Hayley Mills and Belinda Lang and the rest of the cast. Warmly recommended. - Philip Kale19 Apr 12
starstarstarstarstarI loved this. Quiet, gentle and subtle, it was the most marvellous character study, beautifully played. Hayley Mills is superb and Belinda Lang her equal. Very funny, very poignant, this didn't need fireworks. The words and the acting did it all. It stayed with me for days afterwards. - Dominic Milne19 Apr 12
