Photos: Winners celebrate at Whatsonstage.com Awards

The winners of the 2012 Whatsonstage.com Awards - the only major UK theatre awards to be voted for entirely by the theatregoing public - were announced last night (19 February 2012) during our annual Concert at the Prince of Wales Theatre.

The concert was hosted for the fourth time by Sheridan Smith, who was joined by comedians Alan Davies and Jenny Eclair. West End legend (and previous winner) Michael Ball will also be on hand to speak on behalf of this year's adopted charity, Stage One.

Winners including Hannah Waddingham, James Corden, Richard Fleeshman, Hannah Waddingham, Nigel Harman, Danny Boyle, Kerry Ellis and Tim Minchin were on hand to collect their trophies (click here for photos and further coverage).

Among the shows celebrating tonight are Matilda the Musical (four awards), One Man, Two Guvnors, Ghost the Musical (three awards apiece), The Wizard of Oz and Shrek the Musical (two apiece).
