Show Pics: Siobhan Dillon & Mark Evans are Ghost's Molly & Sam

Date: 9 February 2012

New production images have been released of Ghost the Musical cast members Siobhan Dillon and Mark Evans who took over as Molly and Sam from Caissie Levy and Richard Fleeshman on 13 January 2012.

Ghost is a screen-to-stage adaptation of the hit 1990 film of the same name which starred Patrick Swayze and Demi Moore. It opened at the West End's Piccadilly Theatre on 19 July 2012 (preview from 24 June 2011) and is currently booking until 13 October 2012.

The show focuses on Molly and Sam, a couple who are mugged walking home one night. Murdered in the attack, Sam is trapped as a ghost between this world and the next, and unwilling to leave Molly who remains in danger. With the help of a phoney psychic Oda Mae Brown (Sharon D Clarke), Sam attempts to communicate with and save Molly.

It was announced earlier this week that 2012 Whatsonstage.com Awards nominee Sharon D Clarke will perform reprise a number at this year's Awards Concert at the Prince of Wales Theatre on Sunday 19 February 2012.

Matthew Warchus' production, which has a score by Dave Stewart and Glen Ballard and a book by the original screenplay writer Bruce Joel Rubin, was nominated in nine categories at the 2012 Whatsonstage.com Awards. The winners will be announced at our star-studded Awards Concert on Sunday 19 February.
