Freeman, who was last at the Court in 2002 when he starred in Kosher Harry, is joined in Dominic Cooke's production by Lorna Brown, Sarah Goldberg, Lucian Msamati, Steffan Rhodri, Sam Spruell, Michael Goldsmith and Sophie Thompson. They were joined at the party afterwards by a plethora of fellow actors including Ray Fearon, Lenny Henry, Sara Stewart, Nigel Lindsay, Jason Maza, Kenneth Cranham, Christian Camargo, Juliet Rylance, Carol Starks, Tanya Moodie and Jenny Jules.
TO SCROLL THROUGH ALL OF CLYBOURNE PARK’ 1ST NIGHT PHOTOS, The play opens in 1959, as Russ and Bev are selling their desirable two-bed at a knock-down price. This enables the first black family to move into the neighbourhood, creating ripples of discontent amongst the cosy white urbanites of Clybourne Park. Related Content |
