1st Night Photos: Geri Adds Spice to Dumb Pinter

Date: 9 February 2007

Nobel Prize-winning playwright Harold Pinter attended his second West End opening in a week last night (8 February 2006, previews from 2 February), for the 50th anniversary revival of The Dumb Waiter. Written in 1957, The Dumb Waiter was first produced at Hampstead Theatre in 1960. The anniversary production is directed by regular Pinter collaborator Harry Burton, designed by Peter McKintosh and presented by Sonia Friedman Productions.

For 1st Night Photos, our Whatsonstage.com photographer Dan Wooller was on hand for The Dumb Waiter at Trafalgar Studios for the curtain call and at the post-show party at Walker's of Whitehall, where other guests included former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell, Jerry Hall, Jeanne Marine, Janet Suzman, Leigh Lawson, Twiggy, Tony Haygarth, BBC executive Alan Yentob, Charlton Athletic football manager Alan Pardew and comedians Dara O'Brien and Jack Dee.
