A modern fairytale about sleeping beauties, violent soldiers, wild dogs and the perils of the nanny state; based on Hans Christian Andersen's 1835 story. The battlefield may change but is the war ever really over? Catherine's plays and translations have been seen at the Royal Court Theatre and Traverse Theatre. Her adaptations of The Jacket and Continuous Growth were award-winning, sold out productions at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
