Cast: Library's Glengarry Glen RossDate: 22 January 2010 Library Theatre Artistic Director Chris Honer has confirmed that two of the city’s best-known actors, Library regulars David Fleeshman (pictured) and James Quinn, will be appearing in the company's forthcoming production of Glengarry Glen Ross.
Fleeshman heads the cast as washed-out salesman Shelley Levene; while Quinn, who has written and directs At the End of the Day in the forthcoming Re:Play Festival, takes the role of George Aaronow, whose selling skills are not quite what they once were.
Another regular on the Library Theatre stage, Leigh Symonds, plays James Lingk, whose purchase of a piece of prime Florida real estate turns out to be not the banker deal he imagined it would be. The remaining members of the cast are Nick Moss, John McAndrew, Paul Barnhill, and Richard Dormer.
This gripping drama of hard-driven men on the edge and at the edge, won a Pulitzer Prize and recently played in the West End with Jonathan Pryce leading the cast. This new production is directed by Chris Honer.
Glengarry Glen Ross runs from 12 March - 3 April at the Library Theatre and can be booked here.
