Mrs Brown brings lunacy to Liverpool, 22 Nov
Date: 20 October 2010

Irish comic Brendan O’Carroll brings part five of his Mrs Brown series to the The Liverpool Empire in November.

How Now Mrs Brown Cow follows on the huge success of For The Love of Mrs Brown. O’Carroll takes on the role of Mrs B once again and will be up to all the usual Agnes Brown antics and hysteria.

In this latest offering, Christmas is weeks away in the Brown household and Agnes Brown has the turkey stuffed and plucked. All she has to do now is kill it.

Mrs Brown is excited because her son, Trevor, whom she has not seen in five years, has promised to pay a Christmas visit home. However, daughter Cathy returns from her trip to America with unwelcome news. But who will tell mammy?

Rory Brown is distraught because his partner, Dino, has tried to drown him, Mark and Betty do their best to keep everyone calm, while nobody is sure what to do about Winnie’s big box or grandad’s little hamster.

Questions need answers, for instance Will Agnes get the Virgin Mary gig? What is Cathy’s big secret? Which of the Browns is not a Brown? Why does grandad keep going out of the bedroom window? Why is Buster learning to be a penguin…? What the feck is going on!?

How Now Mrs Brown Cow runs at at the Liverpool Empire from 22 November until 27 November.
