Inspector Morse's House of Ghosts Set for Newcastle Stop

Date: 20 October 2010

With a clutch of 4 and 5 star reviews under its belt already, the tour of House of Ghosts starring Colin Baker (Dr. Who) as Morse, arrives at the Theatre Royal, Newcastle on 25 October for one week.

It is 35 years since the grumpy supersleuth with a thirst for real ale made his first appearance in Colin Dexter’s novel Last Bus to Woodstock, but now he is back and live on stage.

Alma Cullen – the writer behind four of the hugely successful ITV episodes and Director Robin Herford (Woman in Black) brings the inscrutable detective to the stage, in a story set in a theatre.

Neither fans of the TV series or people new to Inspector Morse will be disappointed in this production which is receiving brilliant reviews.

For more information or to book tickets, visit the Theatre Royal Website or call the Theatre Royal Box Office on 08448 11 21 21
