WIN! A Family Ticket to see Skellig!

Date: 2 October 2009

David Almond’s eerie and magical children’s story, Skellig arrives at the Journal Tyne Theatre, Newcastle, from 13 to 17 October and we have a family ticket to give away!

Ten-year-old Michael was looking forward to moving into a new house in Newcastle. But now his baby sister is ill and his parents are frantic. Then Michael wanders into the crumbling garage and sees something lying beneath the spiderwebs and flies - is it a man or an animal? Michael confides in his new friend Mina and together they carry the creature Skellig into the light, changing their world forever.

The prize is a family ticket for two adults and two children for the performance on Tuesday 13 October at 7pm.

If you and your family would like to see this exciting new show, just answer this question:

In the story, Michael is moving into a new house- which city is his new house in?

Email your answer to northeast@whatsonstage.com

Please also include your full name, address and contact telephone number.

The closing date for entries is midnight on Tuesday 6 October. The winner will be contacted shortly thereafter by email. Any entries after this time will not be entered into the draw.

Good Luck!

Please note: this competition is to win one family ticket (which admits two adults and two children) for the 7pm performance of Skellig on Tuesday 13 October only. There are no alternative dates or shows available. The ticket is not transferable and your ticket will be available from the Box Office for collection on Tuesday 13 October, shortly before your chosen performance starts. The competition does not include any refreshments before, during or after the performance. Transport and travel expenses are not included. The closing date for entries is midnight on Tuesday 6 October. Any entries after this time will not be entered into the draw.
