Photos: Chariots of Fire film stars meet West End actorsDate: 11 July 2012 Stars of the Oscar-winning 1981 Chariots of Fire film dropped in on the Gielgud Theatre last night (10 July) to check up on the actors playing their old parts in the current West End run of Chariots. Ben Cross, Nigel Havers, Nicholas Farrell and Alice Krige united on-stage with James McArdle, Jack Lowden, Tam Williams, Mark Edel-Hunt and Savannah Stevenson for a star-studded curtain-call after the performance. Hugh Hudson, who directed the original film and is co-producing the stage adaptation also made an on-stage appearance. Chariots of Fire continues playing at the Gielgud until 10 November.
