Sooty - Izzy Wizzy Let's Get Busy (PREVIEWS FROM 12 DECEMBER) The all new Sooty show, featuring TV host Richard Cadell and the Sooty, Sweep and Soo puppet trio, opens in the daytime slot at the Garrick Theatre for a limited run.

The Charity That Began at Home14 DECEMBER 2011 Richmond’s Orange Tree Theatre revives St John Hankin’s 1906 play

The Importance of Being Earnest 15 DECEMBER 2011 (PREVIEWS FROM 7 DECEMBER) Gyles Brandreth stars as Lady Bracknell in a new musical adaptation of Oscar Wilde’s best-known play, with
Edward Petherbridge as Canon Chasuble and
Susie Blake as Miss Prism. Until 31 December.
Joking Apart (PREVIEWS FROM 13 DECEMBER) The Union Theatre revives Alan Ayckbourn's 1978 play, which is played out in a back garden over a 12-year period. Directed by
Ben De Wynter, it continues until 14 January.
