WOS TV: Corden & Smith, Award Hosts Highlights

Date: 18 February 2009

After last year’s inaugural Whatsonstage.com Theatregoers' Choice Awards Concert at the Lyric Theatre, we were inundated with requests from those who attended to please, please, please lure James Corden and Sheridan Smith back to co-host this year’s event. And, luckily, we managed to do just that for Sunday’s ever bigger and better event at the West End's Prince of Wales Theatre

Many of the national newspapers have already picked up on some of Corden’s cheeky asides – was he practising in preparation for hosting tonight’s Brit Awards along with pop queen Kylie Minogue and his Gavin & Stacey co-star Mathew Horne? But, really there was so much more to savour than mere column inches can convey…

If you missed the big event (well, silly you!) – or if you just want to relive the fun – have a peek at this highlights video of some of Corden and Smith’s silliest moments. Hilarious!
