Dench Moves to Aldwych with Amy s View Date: 11 November 1997
If you missed Dame Judi Dench in the sell-out production of David Hare's new play Amy's View at the National Theatre, your second chance is coming soon. Robert Fox will present the play for a limited season at the Aldwych Theatre in the West End. It will open on Wednesday, 14 January, following previews from 5 January, and run until 18 April. The original cast return to their roles including Dench, Samantha Bond and Ronald Pickup. Amy's View opened at the National in June 1997 and was completely sold out for every performance. The play is directed by Sir Richard Eyre, former artistic director of the National.
