Everything an Edinburgh show does is secretly (or indeed overtly) a cry for attention - and choosing a title is one of the easiest ways to get yourself noticed, or, indeed, written off completely. With a record-breaking 2,695 shows at this year’s festival, competition is fiercer than ever.
