A UK tour of Bring it On, the Tony Award-nominated musical with music by Lin Manuel-Miranda, has been postponed according to the Wales Millennium Centre.

A message posted by the Cardiff venue said that "due to scheduling issues with their creative team" the tour has been postponed by the producer until 2019. All scheduled dates for the tour, which was due to start in Manchester next month, have now been removed from the ATG website.

Last month, the show's producer Neil Eckersley also cancelled 24 performances of the UK tour of Frank Wildhorn's Wonderland, after a payment dispute with the production's sound company.

With music and lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda, Tom Kitt and Amanda Green and a book by Jeff Whitty, Bring it On is loosely based on the 2000 film of the same name and focuses on the competitive world of cheerleading.
