If you've walked down Shaftesbury Avenue in the last year you'll have noticed an addition to one of theatreland's busiest hubs – the Theatre Cafe. And this Saturday marks the first anniversary of the stagiest coffee shop in London.

A bevy of West End stars will perform throughout the day including Phantom of the Opera‘s Kieran Brown, Les Miserables stars Adam Bayjou, Emma Kingston and Carrie Hope-Fletcher and Miss Saigon‘s Eva Noblezada and Dale Evans.

The Theatre Cafe has hosted a number of events since opening including live sessions with Noblezada, Broadway star Shoshana Bean and X Factor winner Sam Bailey.

Ryan Woods, Head of Sales and Marketing for London Theatre Bookings said: "The Theatre Cafe has had a really great first year in the West End, attracting visitors from all over the world and stars from some of the biggest shows in London.

"We’re excited about what the next year will bring as we line-up a series of fantastic events continuing to work with the best talent and shows London has to offer"

Appearances are scheduled to begin from 12.30pm on Saturday 16 January. There will be an open mic throughout the day with special performances and cast appearances. The event is free and is open to the public.
