Further cast announced for Menier Chocolate Factory's She Loves Me

The cast that will join Scarlett Strallen has been announced

Further casting has been announced for the upcoming production of She Loves Me at the Menier Chocolate Factory.

Joining the already announced Scarlett Strallen is Alastair Brookshaw as Ladislav Sipos, Les Dennis as Mr Maraczek, Callum Howells as Arpad Laszlo, Katherine Kingsley as Ilona Ritter, Dominic Tighe as Steven Kodaly and Mark Umbers as Georg Nowack.

The rest of the company will be made up Rachel Bingham, Peter Dukes, Luke Fetherston, Olivia Fines, Aimee Hodnett, Sarah-Marie Maxwell and Vincent Pirillo.

Strallen will play Amalia Balash in the show, which tells of Amalia and Georg who work in a Parfumerie but each have anonymous romantic pen pals which they both live for. The love story inspired the films The Shop around the Corner and You've Got Mail. She Loves Me was written by Joe Masteroff, with music from Jerry Bock and lyrics from Sheldon Harnick.

Matthew White will direct the production which opens in November and runs until 4 March 2017.

She Loves Me runs at the Menier Chocolate Factory from 7 December, with previews from 25 November, until 4 March 2017.
