Full cast joining Rory Kinnear and Anne-Marie Duff in Macbeth announced

The show opens at the National Theatre next month

The full cast of the upcoming production of Macbeth at the National Theatre has been announced.

Stephen Boxer will play Duncan alongside Patrick O'Kane as Macduff, Kevin Harvey as Banquo, Rakhee Sharma as Fleance, Amaka Okafor as Lady Macduff, Penny Layden as Ross, Trevor Fox as Porter, Parth Thakerar as Malcolm, Beatrice Scirocchi, Anna-Maria Nabirye and Hannah Hutch as the three witches.

Nadia Albina will play Gentlewoman, Joshua Lacey is Murderer, Andrew Frame is Siward, Nicholas Karimi will be Lennox, Alana Ramsey is Murderer and Michael Balogun will play Doctor.

The show stars Rory Kinnear as Macbeth with Anne-Marie Duff as Lady Macbeth. Rufus Norris will direct the show 25 years after his last Shakespeare production.

Tickets go on sale to the public on 25 January and the run has now been extended to June.

Macbeth runs at the National Theatre from 6 March to 23 June, with previews from 26 February.
