A new cast will take over in WhatsOnStage and Olivier Award-winning show The Play That Goes Wrong at the Duchess Theatre from 19 August 2015.

Leonard Cook is to play Robert, with Bryony Corrigan as Sandra, Harry Kershaw as Chris, Laura Kirman as Annie, Chris Leask as Trevor, James Marlowe as Max, Laurence Pears as Jonathan, and Niall Ransome as Dennis.

The company is completed by Adam Byron, Matt Cavendish, April Hughes and Sarah Madigan.

Awarded the 2014 WhatsOnStage Best New Comedy Award, The Play That Goes Wrong opened at the Duchess Theatre in 2013 and is directed by Mark Bell.

Co-written by Mischief Theatre members, The Play That Goes Wrong is billed as "a physical comedy which introduces 'The Cornley Polytechnic Drama Society' who are attempting to put on a 1920's murder mystery, but everything that can go wrong… does, as the accident prone thespians battle on against all the odds to get to their final curtain call".

The original cast members are rumoured to be taking the show to Broadway.
