Natalie Casey will join the cast of Stepping Out when it comes to the West End in March.

Casey is known for her roles as Carol Groves in Hollyoaks and Donna in Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps. Her stage credits include Fame, Legally Blonde and Abigail's Party.

Stepping Out is a story about the lives of seven women and a man who attend a weekly tap dancing class, and are asked to perform at a charity gala despite only just getting to grips with the basics. It opens at the Vaudeville Theatre on 14 March.

The cast also includes Amanda Holden, Tracy-Ann Oberman, Tamzin Outhwaite and Nicola Stephenson. Richard Harris' play is directed by Maria Friedman and designed by Robert Jones with choreography by Tim Jackson.

The production opened in Bath last year before touring the UK tour.
