The WhatsOnStage Theatre Club is an exclusive members area where users can access discounts, free seats, special offers, Q&A sessions, meet and greets with cast/directors and theatre packages.
Terms and conditions
Complimentary tickets for The Snowman can be taken on select dates (November: Thursday 24th 7pm, Friday 25th 7pm, Saturday 26th 7pm, Tuesday 29th 7pm, Wednesday 30th 7pm. December: Thursday 1st 7pm, Friday 2nd 7pm, Saturday 3rd 7pm).
Complimentary tickets will be Band A. No booking or transaction fees apply unless tickets are to be posted out in which case a transaction fee may be added. Complimentary tickets are offered strictly subject to availability and this offer cannot be applied retrospectively to tickets already booked or reserved. Once booked, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. This offer expires 30th November. All bookings must made by this date, no exceptions.
The producers reserve the right to make alterations to the advertised time, programme and cast as a result of circumstances beyond their control. If there is a material change to the content of the performance or the performance is cancelled, you may exchange your ticket for an alternative performance up the value of the original selling price or claim a refund.
WhatsOnStage Theatre Club memberships run continuously and renew automatically on the date of membership expiration, unless cancelled by e-mail at least three business days prior to the renewal. The credit card on file will be charged for renewals.
WhatsOnStage Theatre Club memberships are not transferable.
Re-sale of promotional tickets is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate revocation of membership.
There are no membership fee refunds.
