American stage star Hershey Felder has announced two productions at the Other Palace this autumn.

Named in TIME Magazine’s top ten theatre artists for 2016, Felder will perform the music of two great composers in two musical-plays, entitled Hershey Felder as Irving Berlin and Hershey Felder as Maestro Leonard Bernstein as well as telling the stories of their careers.

The performer returns to the recently rebranded venue (previously St James Theatre) following The Pianist of Willesden Lane last year.

With a career spanning 60 years, Berlin wrote songs for artists including Fred Astaire, Aretha Franklin and Elvis Presley. Hailed by George Gershwin as "the greatest songwriter that has ever lived", his songs include "There’s No Business Like Show Business", "White Christmas" and "Puttin' On The Ritz".

West Side Story composer Bernstein is considered one of the most successful musicians in American history. His other composing credits include Candide and On the Town.

Hershey Felder as Irving Berlin and Hershey Felder as Maestro Leonard Bernstein alternate performances at The Other Palace from 22 September to 22 October.
