Exclusive: Behind the scenes at Grey Gardens starring Jenna Russell and Sheila Hancock

Jenna Russell, Sheila Hancock and the creative team talk about their upcoming production of Grey Gardens, which opens in London next year. The production is about Edie and Edie Bouvier Beale a mother and daughter who live in isolation in a derelict mansion in New York.

Russell will play Little Edie and Hancock will play Big Edie in the musical which will be directed by Thom Southerland, choreographed by Lee Proud and produced by Danielle Tarento, the team behind recent hits The Grand Hotel and Titanic.

Grey Gardens opens at Southwark Playhouse 7 January and runs to 6 February
