Emma Rice has published her new company's NPO application to the Arts Council in full, following a freedom of information request.

Posting the documents on the website, Rice and producer Allegra Galvin commented: "We are really proud of the ideas, imagination and graft that went into writing these applications, and think Arts Council England's assessment is detailed and fair."

Some commercially sensitive information from the application has been redacted and "Emma's roster of future projects" have also been held back.

The application lays out funding from ACE as being £475,000 each year over the next four years, and Rice's intention to adapt Angela Carter's novel Wise Children. There are three other large-scale shows planned.

The company has also published the ACE's assessment of the application. In the financial viability section ACE write: "The company cannot supply financial statements for the previous financial year or recent management accounts, having only constituted in Jan 2017. Neither was a budget for 2017/18 provided as Wise Children activities will not begin until Emma Rice leaves The Globe in Spring 2018.

"However, clear and informed projections and the strength of artistic plans, together present a credible financial model built around 67 per cent earned income, primarily from UK productions and international touring."
