The Donmar Warehouse has announced further casting for the final production of its 2015 autumn season, Les Liaisons Dangereuses.

Christopher Hampton's award-winning adaptation of Choderlos de Laclos' 1782 novel will be directed by Donmar artistic director Josie Rourke. It runs from 11 December 2015 to 13 February 2016.

In addition to the previously announced Michelle Dockery, Janet McTeer and Dominic West, the production will feature Adjoa Andoh (Madame de Volanges), Theo Barklem-Biggs (Azolan), Morfydd Clark (Cécile Volanges), Edward Holcroft (Le Chevalier Danceny), Jennifer Saayeng (Émilie) and Una Stubbs (Madame de Rosemonde).

The production marks the 30th anniversary of Hampton's adaptation of the classic story of on sex, intrigue and betrayal in pre-revolutionary France.

According to press material:

Former lovers, the Marquise de Merteuil and Vicomte de Valmont now compete in games of seduction and revenge. Merteuil incites Valmont to corrupt the innocent Cécile Volanges before her wedding night but Valmont has targeted the peerlessly virtuous and beautiful Madame de Tourvel. While these merciless aristocrats toy with others' hearts and reputations, their own may prove more fragile than they supposed.
