Anne-Marie Duff and Yolanda Kettle to star in Oil at the Almeida

Producers have confirmed that Anne-Marie Duff and Yolanda Kettle will star in Oil, which opens at the Almeida Theatre in October.
The duo will play mother and daughter in the world premiere of Ella Hickson's play. Duff was recently seen in Husbands and Sons at the National Theatre and is well known for her role in the Channel 4 series Shameless, whilst Kettle's theatre credits include Birdland (Royal Court) and Shutters (Park Theatre).
Carrie Cracknell directs the drama which spans from 1889 to the present day, and follows a family's relationship with oil after it is discovered in the West Country.
Oil will run at the Almeida Theatre from 7 October to 26 November.
