So Celinde, what's your favourite…

Film

I know I should say Shawshank Redemption, but I'm gonna be honest and go with Batman Begins. I – LOVE – IT.

But I recently saw 12 Years A Slave and couldn't stop thinking about it for days…. The movie Jagten also left a big impression on me.

Place to hang out in London?

My own home at the moment! Me and Danielle Hope moved in together about 2 weeks ago and it's absolutely lovely! I've never had such a nice homey feeling in a house and I love spending time there. Especially after the show with a nice glass of port!

Restaurant? (What would you order?)

Busaba ! I always order the duck, its sooooo nice!

Holiday Destination?

Well… That must be the west coast in USA. I did a little road trip with my friends last year and I never felt so free! Literally loved every minute of it.

Play/Musical that you have seen?

Oh, so many in different ways.

I was really impressed with a big Dutch production called Soldier of Orange, where the stage is built around the audience and the audience turns to every scene. The stage is huge with a real life sea… It's very impressive.

But then there is basically all the music of Stephen Sondheim which I love and I remember going to see Gyspy in New York and being completely blown away by that production with Patti Lupone.

Theatre to visit?

Carre in Amsterdam, it makes me feel like a little girl again and I just think it's the most beautiful theatre.

Theatre to perform in?

Oeh! I went to 50 theatres in Holland with the Love Story tour, and loved all the theatres that gave us free cookies.

But The Queens feels like home now and I love being on that stage.

Actress/Actor?

Oh where do I start? I love Angelina Jolie. But also Patti Lupone, Christian Bale… I mean, it always changes. But Leonardo Dicaprio I think is absolutely amazing… Give the guy an Oscar.

Moment in Les Mis?

On stage that would be the "Lovely Ladies" scene, off stage my little tea time with the girls that I share my dressing room with.

Song in Les Mis?

I mean; I love it all…. But I think at the "End Of The Day" is really cool and has a nice bite into it. But my favourite song changes about every month…
