Could be good… The Master Blues Brothers

The Master Blues Brothers are making their long overdue debut at Brighton Fringe this year at a brand new venue, The Jive Monkey. This performance is supported by the 2012 Legal & General Bursary for upcoming Brighton based performers.

The Master Blues Brothers was formed in 2010 and has been consistently praised for its authenticity and high energy. With songs including such classics as Soul Man, Everybody Needs Somebody and Minnie the Moocher this revue is packed with manic energy and tongues firmly in cheeks.

This year, to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the untimely passing of John ‘Joliet Jake’ Belushi, The Master Blues Brothers will be presenting a special tribute to this unique comedy legend, without whom the original Blues Brothers would never have existed.

The Master Blues Brothers is the work of real life brothers, Jim and Sam Devereaux who, as third generation actor/singers, have secured excellent reviews for their solo performances in the run up to this show.

The Master Blues Brothers can be seen at The Jive Monkey, 5 Steine Street, Brighton, BN2 1TE on 25 May at 8.00pm
