A week in the life: Let the Right One In's Martin Quinn

Quinn plays Oskar in the play which reopens the Apollo Theatre this evening

Martin Quinn is currently appearing in Let the Right One In as Oskar, a bullied lonely teenage boy living with his mother on a housing estate at the edge of town, when a spate of sinister killings rock the neighbourhood.

Directed by Olivier Award-winning John Tiffany (Once), Let the Right One In received rave reviews during its initial run at the Royal Court and transfers to the Apollo this evening (26 March).

Running lines with the leading lady herself!

That's Vicky telling me to stop taking photos and get back to work …

Just finished a wee training sesh at the pool. Managed a minute and a half under the water – about half way to what I need for the show!

Absolutely over the moon with our new haircuts for the show.

Last day of rehearsals in Highbury. Many a soup and sannie was enjoyed in that garden. Goodbye, old friend.

"Awryt, Shaftesbury Avenue, how's it join mate?". I keep standing outside next to the poster of the play to see if anyone notices me. They don't.

Here's a shot just to prove that even though my character gets bullied, Martin Quinn can still handle himself.
