Beatles tribute band which faithfully recreate the sound and images of the Fab Four from their early 'moptop' days through Revolver and Sgt Pepper to their final performance on the rooftop of the Apple building. The atmosphere is perpetuated with the use of authentic instruments, costumes and backdrops and special effects, giving a nostalgic re-creation of the era. The band will be joined on stage by a nine-piece orchestra. Since the Bootlegs were formed in 1980, they have enjoyed spectacular success both at home and abroad. Their international reputation accelerated following a sixty date tour of the then USSR in 1982. They have performed in France, Spain, India the USA and before an audience of 18,000 in Manila.

Elvis Costello has followed his musical curiosity in a career spanning more than 30 years. He is perhaps best known for his performances with The Attractions, The Imposters and for concert appearances with pianist Steve Nieve. However, he has also entered into acclaimed collaborations with Burt Bacharach, The Brodsky Quartet, Paul McCartney, Swedish mezzo-soprano Anne Sofie von Otter, guitarist Bill Frisell, composer Roy Nathanson, The Charles Mingus Orchestra, record producer and songwriter T Bone Burnett and Allen Toussaint. This show follows the release of 'Wise Up Ghost,' the collaborative album from Costello and The Roots, released September 17th on Blue Note Records. The album was produced by longtime Roots associate Steven Mandel along with Costello and ?uestlove. Costello's recent solo dates have become the stuff of legend, with reactions ranging from "Mesmerizing" and "Spellbinding (OC Register) to "Impassioned" and "Breathtaking" (ArizonaRepublic) to "altogether stunning" (San Diego Union Tribune)
If you were to ask anyone about Punjabi music, the first person you would hear about is Gurdas Maan. After first gaining attention in 1980 with the song Dil Da Mamla Hai, he moved from an unknown Punjabi singer and songwriter, to international icon who has toured across the Globe. Gurdas Maan's 30-year career has been nothing short of spectacular. In this time he has recorded over 27 albums, written over 200 songs and has raised the profile of Punjabi music to an international level, making him the most influential and prolific Punjabi singer ever. This great achievement has lead Gurdas Maan to receive numerous honours and awards, including 'Best International Album' for Bootpolishan in 2009 at the UK Asian Music Awards. Also, earlier this year he received an honorary degree from the University of Wolverhampton for his contribution to music.
Boogie Woogie. Jools Holland needs little introduction. In 1973 he met up with Chris Difford and Glenn Tilbrook and formed Squeeze and with hits like 'Cool for Cats' and 'Up the Junction' Squeeze achieved spectacular success. In 1990 Jools sowed the seeds of the Rhythm and Blues Orchestra when he began touring with Squeeze's virtuoso drummer Gilson Lavis. This has evolved into a powerful and disciplined twelve-piece band, capable of selling out hundreds of shows a year all over Britain and Europe.

In 2013 Ellie Goulding scored a top 3 UK hit with How Long Will I Love You and earlier this year Prince performed The Whole of the Moon at Ronnie Scott's in London. In recent times A Pagan Place has become a live staple for US indie band The War on Drugs. Modern Blues contains nine more passionate songs, evoking the very best of The Waterboys past work while forging forth to explore new ground.
The Yamato Company was founded in 1993 in Japan's Kansai region by Artistic Director, Masa Ogawa, who explains the company's ethos: "Taiko is a musical instrument deeply familiar to every Japanese person. Since the dawn of history, Taiko's rich reverberations have filled people with inspiration and encouragement in a wide range of settings. Its unmistakable sound is still heard throughout Japan today. We, the members of Yamato, believe in the unique value of Taiko. We are committed to preserving its traditions and exploring new possibilities for this majestic instrument. Our goal is to create ever more opportunities for the boom of Taiko to resound worldwide." Yamato play Wadaiko drums that range from the size of a plate to over a metre in diameter, including the Odaiko drum, hewn from one huge tree over four hundred years old. Yamato's captivating music has both delicate beauty and heart thumping bass power, played by drummers with a strength and skill that defies belief.
Showcasing the energy and skill for which they are renowned, BAKUON takes the ancient art of Japanese Taiko Drumming and brings it bang up-to-date in an exhilarating display of expertise and athleticism.
