Its Christmas Eve and Christopher Nibble and his family are putting the finishing touches to his tree when their festive fun is interrupted by a shocking radio announcement. Father Christmas is lost! When next there is a power cut it seems like all is lost. Does Christopher Nibble have the seasonal spirit to save the day? Or will the guinea pigs of Dandeville wake up to empty stockings this year?
Most grandmothers are lovely, kind, helpful old ladies. Not George's Grandmother. George's Grandmother likes to gobble up slugs and bugs, and is always telling George what to do. But one day, when his parents leave him alone with the grizzly old grunion, George takes his chance and sets about creating a brand new medicine to cure her of her cruelty. Little does he know that his perilous potion will be the start of a rather marvellous adventure... Following the success of The Twits and The Witches, Rose Theatre Kingston's magnificent new co-production with Curve, Leicester promises to be yet another hugely imaginative and entertaining stage adaptation, bursting with growing grannies, feathery farm animals and bags of frothbuggling family fun. Join us this Easter to see Roald Dahl's treasured tale brought to phizz-whizzing life!

Billy is the kid. He has everything a young goat could need - and more besides. When New Year's Eve approaches, Billy's parents tell him to leave out berries for the legendary Snow Dragon so that it will bring him even more goodies. But collecting berries is hard work, and Billy finds it much easier to 'borrow' from his friends. As a result, New Year doesn't turn out quite how he expected... There are wolves in the woods, and every kid has to start growing up one day... Story-telling, comedy and songs create a magical, mysterious world for everyone aged 3 and up. Age guide 3+

Sponge is about all things spongy; a child's ability to soak things up like a sponge, a nice piece of cake or the squashy, squishy texture that fascinates children and adults alike. A fabulously kitsch adventure into the 1970's, and building on the huge success of their previous production Shiny, Sponge is a performance infused with audience participation, improvisation and multi-sensory experiences that will delight little ones and their grown-ups alike.
