The D-Day operation during World War II was the largest amphibious invasion in world history and was executed by land, sea and air. Launched on 6 June 1944, the simultaneous landing of allied forces took place on five separate beaches - Utah, Omaha, Gold, Juno and Sword - in Normandy, France. It marked the beginning of the end of World War II. Profits raised from this event will be donated to SSAFA and SkillForce (learn more on the tabs above).
