Q: I have booked tickets for a Whatsonstage.com Outing. When will I receive my tickets?
A: Whatsonstage.com Outing’s are group events and are hosted by members of the Whatsonstage.com team. Your tickets will be available at the theatre on the night of the performance from a member of the team who will be wearing a Whatsontage.com t-shirt. You will receive an email a few days before the event with more details of when to arrive, estimated running times, and where to find our team. We do not give details of allocation before the evening of the performance.
Q: I am coming on an Outing. Can you tell me my seat number?
 |
No, we seat people in the order in which they booked - strictly first come, first served. If you have specific seating requests, for health or accessibility reasons, please email those to us, with your booking reference number and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Q: I booked a ticket for an Outing/Whatsonstage Wednesday/ Show and cannot now attend. Please can I have a refund or an exchange?
 |
All tickets are sold subject to our terms and conditions which state no refunds or exchanges. Where we can, for Outings, we will do our best to re-sell your ticket for you, when our allocation is sold out.

Q: I am not receiving Whatsonstage.com offer emails and newsletters any more. What do I do?
A: There are two main reasons that people have trouble receiving our complimentary emails. The most common is that they are being filtered out by a junk mail system. Please check your junk mail box and add offers@whatsonstage.com to your safe list to avoid this happening in future. Occasionally Hotmail and Tiscali accounts have trouble receiving our emails. We are looking into this problem at present and will rectify it as soon as possible. In the meantime it may be a good idea to supply a further email address which we hope to have more success with. To add an email address please click here (http://www.whatsonstage.com/index.php?pg=63)
