starstarstarstarstarCouldnt disagree more with the previous comment having just seen it in London. The quality of the acting and character developlment was supurb allowing the story telling to keep the audience totally engaged. The direction was clever allowing a very smooth flow. I agree with the initial review; you are alnost, as an audience member, invited to sit in the corner of the bedsit and be a voyeur The ending is very sudden but i think it had to be. - J watkiss09 Dec 12
starstarstarstarContrary to the comment of R Glencairn, I found the play thoroughly enjoyable, as did the audience of the Bush Theatre, London. - G Evans08 Dec 12
starYour reviewer Ruth Kilner must surely be joking. I do my best to support new writing and non-mainstream productions and am not offended by sexual references or obscene language...except when their use is purely titillatory and gratuitous, as was the case throughout this travesty of a production. The acting (with one exception) was amateurish, the stagings pathetic and the whole show seemed to not have had a director even near it! It appeared to have been written by a 14-year-old in 2 hours -and released as a first draft with no revisions. How it ever got produced is a mystery. If this is the standard that theatre is relying on to carry it through withdrawal of arts funding, then theatre will end up falling back on endless revivals My Fair Lady and Chicago etc... - R Glencairn16 Nov 12
