Ruthie Henshall returns to Bridgewater Hall, 21 October

Olivier Award winning actress Ruthie Henshall star of both the West End and Broadway, having performed in such hit musicals as Cats, Miss Saigon, Les Misérables, Crazy for You, Chicago, The Woman in White and Oliver! - is headed back to Manchester - the Bridgewater Hall. She has performed here before in her previous live tour - Sounds of Hollywod and in Fosse at the Opera House, alternating with Claire Sweeney.

In The Sound of the Musicals, she  will be joined by Graham Bickley (Miss Saigon, Anything Goes and Ragtime), Tim Howar (Tonight’s the Night) and Deborah Myers (My Fair Lady) singing songs from some of the best loved musicals of all time accompanied by the London Concert Orchestra.

Songs performed from musicals include My Fair Lady, Oliver!, West Side Story, Chicago, The Phantom of the Opera and Les Misérables.

Ruthie Henshall - The Sound of Musicals is at the Bridgewater Hall on 21 October.
