| I thought this was excellent - every member of the cast was incredibly talented and the story line so funny. It also makes you think a bit more deeply about the current state of the world. - USER: Whatsonstage.com (213.40.3.65) | 12 May 04 | |
| i saw this in Birmingham but if its the same cres that have transfered to London you will be in for a good night out.Yes, it's predictable in its critic of Tony & George but as long as you agree they are worth sending up you will enjoy this. - USER: Whatsonstage.com (213.162.122.71) | 11 May 04 | |
| This is the most amazing Political Satire to hit the stage in years. If you have any time for either George Bush or Tony Blair - don't go because you will be very offended. Thankfully - the other 99% of the population will love it. It takes a Michael Moore look at the world - the absurdity and futility of virtually everything the two leaders do. Beautifully directed, the sight of Blair in Yellow Kitchen Gloves and a hat will stay with me forever - as will the hilarious Pre-Emptive Defence. But above all, this piece makes a point. The "All Purpose Muslim Bad Guy" underlines the undercurrent of racism in the actions of the two countries. Brilliant. Hilarious. Laugh-till-you-cry stuff. But you leave the theatre wondering how it has all been left to go this far. - USER: Whatsonstage.com (80.225.138.210) | 18 Apr 04 |
