| PS: Get over to St. James before this show ends. Not to be missed. - Jimmie Pullin | 17 Apr 13 | |
| Just had a night-out to remember at St. James; arrived in time for a light meal, then a 90 minute straight run-through (no interval), finishing in time to continue the evening in the bar-restaurant chatting the night way: talking mainly about the excellent production of The Thrill of Love. A gorgeous set welcomes the audience and puts them in the right mood for a brilliant delivery by a top team. Thank you. - Jimmie Pullin | 17 Apr 13 | |
| Powerful, gripping & moving, this play about the life and death of Ruth Ellis is told by an excellent cast of five with Faye Castelow as Ruth Ellis giving a stunning performance. Highly recommended - Paul Wallis | 10 Apr 13 | |
| This was very compelling and draws you in to the story. Faye Castelow was excellent as Ruth Ellis. Clever staging NOT to include her lover as an onstage character, but to concentrate on the female aspect. St James Theatre is a great venue too. - Alistair Hudson | 08 Apr 13 | |
| Another triumph in this wonderful venue. Beautifully staged and performed, intriguing, but depressing. - Jean Anderson | 07 Apr 13 | |
| Excellent and being in the intimacy of a small theatre you felt like part of the play--more so as we were on the front row.The story of Ruth Ellis has always stayed newsworthy a bit like Titanic. Very well accounted her life and all the cast were good but Kate Castelow was superb as Ruth and hope she gets a nomination next year - Joe Spiteri | 06 Apr 13 | |
| The best show I have seen in many many years. Wonderfully acted, directed and beautifully written. - Adam B | 06 Apr 13 |
