starstarstarstarstarwell i can only say 1 word.............................WOW. IM 14 and loved every minute of it. i could sit through it again and again it was everything u want from a show and it also involved u so u felt part of it. It was very well staged and loved the fact the stage was everywhere,(including some audience members laps). - 212.1.140.225)24 Jan 06
starstarstarstarIf you're up for an evening of camp, raucous, slightly naughty fun with all the subtlety of a sledgehammer then this is just the ticket. Thanks largely to The Venue's unusual auditorum, and Michael Fidler and Bruno Tonioli's terrific staging, this is a big improvement on the Queens Theatre version from '98. If you're in a silly mood, the obvious but rather lovely humour, memorable disco inspired numbers and sensational lighting and set designs make for an irresistible night out. The cast could scarcely be bettered, performing with a high octane energy and polish that pretty much renders any holes in the script as unnoticeable. As the villanous Saucy Jack, Scott Baker turns in a powerhouse performance, with especially wonderful support from multi-talented Carmen Cusack and gorgeous Melitsa Nicola as a pair of feisty Space girls. Faye Tozer,as head Vixen, Jubilee Climax, is nothing short of sensational: not only does she look jaw-dropping but she has a far better voice than I'd ever have given her credit for, and is a most accomplished comedian. I really hope this is the first of many West End leads for her. There's also a magic trick that defies belief given the fact that the audience surround the action. All in all, this is like a party in a theatre, and on it's own terms it really is a treat. - 195.82.123.181)23 Dec 05
starstarstarstarstarEasily my favourite show in London at the moment! It's so... shiny! The show is so much fun, love the music, the set/environment works so well, but it's a fabulous cast that really bring the show to life! Even the token Celebrity is good! But everyone in the cast is superb. This short run MUST be seen to be appreciated! Miss it and you'll regret it! - 85.210.33.45)19 Dec 05
starstarstarstarstarI really loved this show, it was upbeat, fun and had some great (and v catchy) songs! The cast were really talented, they all had good voices, esp Faye Tozer. I really liked how they stayed in character during the interval, and interacted with the audience. It was brilliant!! - 194.81.68.23)08 Dec 05
starstarstarstarstarWhat a fab show! Brillant fun! V camp but hilarious! lots of great songs and a lot of great talent in the cast, esp the wonderful voice of the Queen of the Space Vixens - Faye Tozer! A must see for all who likes musicals, panto, disco or glitter!!!!! - 194.81.68.23)08 Dec 05
starstarstarstarstarA truely brilliant show. I had never been to one quite like this before but very much enjoyed it. The plot is both funny and inventive and even touching in places. The audience participation is a fantastic touch and helps them to feel almost part of the story. The actors are all very well cast, especially Faye Tozer ( queen of the space vixens)whos brilliant voice and acting makes this show a must see for all. Don't take the kids though!!!!! - 195.92.67.65)08 Dec 05

starstarstarstarstarTHE VENUE is the perfect setting for this show. I loved the way the perfomers came down into the audience during it's first show Taboo and they've done the same again. I thought the cast were very strong and perfect for their roles. In particular I thought Scott Baker was fabulous in the role of Jack, especially when he sings 'I'm just a tortured plaything' Fantastic! The vixens were a joy to behold and to hear, not just Faye Tozer but Melitsa Nicola (Bunny)and Gemma Zirfas (Anna) too! The humour in the show is very tongue in cheek and there were some real belly laughs from the audince. The songs are never going to be 'classics' but they are catchy and you leave the theatre singing. The intimate atmosphere of this theatre allows you to be part of the show and not just an audience member. As always the staff at The Venue were friendly and welcoming. I hope this show has a decent run as I'm definietly going back. Now I'm off to buy some Glitter Boots before my flight leaves for Frottage 3. - 195.93.21.102)08 Dec 05
starstarstarstarstarthe mintue i walked in i new i would enjoy my self the from the bar to the pole in the middle of the floor all added a very good different approach to the play jubilie climax has a very powerfull voice and leads well as do the other space vixons although slightly let down by the on (mentioning no names) jack is a very powerfull singer and could be one of two things, a very dodgely portraied compare or not the worlds best actor im not sure what they were trying to achieve with that character. for a good fun night out no stress envolved an absalute must! - 81.153.40.204)08 Dec 05
starstarstarstarstarExcellent and if you loved Rocky Horror you will be blown away by this FANTASTIC show! It is however not just for the cult follower it is for everyone with a sense of humour who appreciates good theatre. Go see it! - 172.216.10.167)07 Dec 05
starstarstarstarstarAnd what a show this is. It has love, lust, justice and disco ... but not necessarily in that order. Set in a futuristic cabaret bar and performed amongst the audience, ‘The Venue’ in Leicester Square is the perfect location for this fun show. Excellent performances all round, especially from the two leads Scott Baker as Saucy Jack himself, and Faye Tozer as Jubilee Climax, but also fantastic are Mark Carroll as the bizarre Doctor Whackoff and Carl Mullaney as distressed waitress Booby Shevalle. The music is great, the magic impressive, and the comedy dialogue absolutely hilarious. I guarantee at the end of the show you will be on your feet, dancing, and desperate to be a Space Vixen. - 195.166.17.214)07 Dec 05
