| Excellent production of a black comedy that makes you think . - USER: Whatsonstage.com | 23 Nov 01 | |
| Victoria Hamilton deserves to win an Olivier for her performance in this truly stunning production. - USER: Whatsonstage.com | 09 Oct 01 | |
| This black comedy is so darkly funny that it makes you want to laugh out loud, when you desperately know that you shouldn't. It is soul-wrenching to watch, and Clive Owen and Victoria Hamilton make compulsive viewing as they invite the audience to follow their stressed relationship to breaking point. Prunella Scales gives a brilliant turn as the mother-in-law from hell. - USER: Whatsonstage.com | 08 Oct 01 | |
| Stunning performances and a truly superb play, delivers one stunning reminder of how touching, varied and subtle great theatre can be . But if anything, go see this play for the most amazing central performances I’ve encountered in a long time (CLIVE OWEN & VICTORIA HAMILTON ARE AMAZING!) - USER: Whatsonstage.com | 06 Oct 01 | |
