| Tommy Steele showed the energy and enthusiasm of someone 20 years younger than his 76 years. The young boy playing tiny tim was also fantastic.Fabulous show - Kally | 10 Jan 13 | |
| Tommy Steele seemed to think this was a pantomine and not musical theatre. His accent veered from `mockney` to well educated, his performance was lacklustre and the acting throughout was stilted. The special effects for the ghosts were, however, good as were the other cast members. All in all we felt this wonderful seasonal musical was let down by the leading man. - A. | Lazy old show and tommy does not hardly move till the curtain call, shame this great theatre is hosting this show, cheap Christmas fare and as for saying he is the biggest name to play the palladium - please!! - Peter royal | 04 Nov 12 | |
| Enjoyed from start to finish Tommy steel was on stage all the time, other cast members were also very good, would say go and see it for yourselfs - Susan Parry | 02 Nov 12 |
